  I had my first experience with a herbal bath. Unlike mugwort steaming, the appeal of a herbal bath is that you can enjoy the aroma and effects of herbs you choose yourself while lying on a bed. There are also private rooms available for couples, which is a nice touch for enjoying it together. I was enveloped in a wonderful aroma, and the steaming sensation was stronger than in a hot stone bath. I sweated profusely, and it felt incredibly refreshing. Yet, the room was dry and not at all stuffy. It was a comfortable experience, like a combination of the best aspects of a sauna and a hot stone bath, and I really loved it. Apparently, the effects and amount of sweating vary depending on the herb you choose, so I'd like to try many different kinds. They also offer moringa steaming in addition to mugwort steaming, which I heard makes you sweat even more, so I definitely want to try that next time. It's a favorite relaxation experience where you can warm your body while being soothed by the aroma, and I'd love to visit again.
